COASC Expands Board with New Members

We are thrilled to welcome four exceptional leaders to the Council on Aging – Southern California’s Board of Directors. Their diverse expertise and unwavering commitment to community service will play a vital role in shaping our mission to support older adults and their families.

Mildrey (Milly) Limas-Dutton
A retired commodities executive and former limited partner of a major clearing firm, Milly now dedicates her time to philanthropic work and community impact.

Caroline Harkins
Most recently SVP and Regional President at Bridge Bank, Caroline brings decades of financial leadership. She also held advisory roles at CalOptima and Junior Achievement of Orange County.

Annette Wiley
An award-winning architect and former board member of the Orange County Museum of Art, Annette led the building committee behind the new OCMA facility at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts.

Kathy Bronstein
Former CEO of The Wet Seal, Kathy brings deep retail and leadership experience. She serves on the Board of Governors at Chapman University and previously chaired Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County.
