Medicare Questions? HICAP has Answers.

Our HICAP (Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program) counselors provide free, unbiased counseling and assistance for any Medicare-related question or issue. HICAP has locations throughout Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Inyo and Mono Counties.

We also have HICAP counselors that specialize in Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI) Policies.  These counselors will assist you with understanding the terms of your policy and assist you with understanding your options.  LTCI designated counselors are only available at certain sites, and are annotated in the site listing with an asterisk (*).
